This year's theme is Friendships and we would love to hear about your experiences during lockdown and how you are keeping in touch with friends during this time.
Do you have a special friendship or a friend you can’t wait to see after lockdown?
Have you found new ways to keep in touch?
Have you joined new groups?

Carers Week
This week is Carers Week, an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
There are an estimated 13.6 million unpaid carers in the UK today, and an estimated 2.8 million more people are juggling work and care since the coronavirus outbreak.
This Carers Week charities are calling on the UK Government to recognise unpaid carers’ efforts and rebuild country’s care and support services.

Happy Birthday Elliot
Congratulations to Elliot who celebrated his 30th birthday on 15th May.
Elliot, who is a keen baker has been missing being with Best Bites so got some new baking equipment for his birthday including a mixer to enable him to keep on baking at home.
He has been baking some great recipes at home and has promised to send Best Bites his favourite for the team to try.
Hello from Roy
Roy has been enjoying the sunshine and keeping watch over Royden Park for us.
