Easy Read Voting Guide

According to My Vote My Voice, research in 2019 found that less than two-thirds of the general public know that they have an equal right to vote. It is important that we make accessible voting a reality for people with a learning disabiltiy or autism.  

We have produced an Easy Read guide for voting for the next local elections in May. This has been circulated to our locations to allow staff to support people and help them to understand the process. 

We will also be looking to help people we support for the next general election (2024).
