Referral Process

Our mission is to work together to inspire lives, remove barriers and widen horizons for the people we support. 

A referral can be made through a Social Worker or if you are self-funded/in receipt of Direct Payment you can request a referral via email: referrals@wirralevolutions.org 

Our referral pathway ensures that the needs of an individual are assessed and that what we offer is right for them. As part of the process, we offer taster sessions at the potential service over a two week period.
